Pompton Plains Preschool is a State certified non-profit organization providing preschool education since 1946.
Pompton Plains Preschool teachers and staff members provide a warm, safe and nurturing environment for your children. Our dedicated staff continues to develop a creative curriculum to ensure it is customized for each new group of children.
Our programs are tailored to fit the developmental, social and educational needs of our students. We have created a structured learning experience to ensure your children are excited, self-confident, socially ready and fully prepared for their full day of kindergarten and future learning.
We offer many academic options to fit your needs
2024-2025 September enrollment:
Little Steps Class: Must be 2 ½ years of age on or before September 15, 2024
Preschool 3’s Class: Must be 3 years of age on or before September 15, 2024
Pre-K Class: Must be 4 years of age on or before October 1, 2024

We offer many academic options to fit your needs
- Preschool academic options for ages 2 1/2 -5 years
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30am-5pm
- Full day: 9am-3pm or Half day 9am-12:30pm
- Before and Aftercare 7:30am-5pm (must have minimum of 6 enrolled in aftercare)

- The Pompton Plains Preschool is a fully academic state certified learning center
- Bright and Cheery classrooms
- Fenced in private playground
- Video/ Intercom buzz-in entrance
- Location is directly across from the Pequannock Police Station and the First Aid Squad.
- Convenient to public transportation for easy drop-off and pick-up from your daily commute.
- We are not a daycare facility. We offer full academics, daily enrichment, social skills development and etiquette.
We offer many wonderful enrichment programs: Mrs. Garcia's Italian language arts, Shamrock music, Yoga, Science, All Sorts of Sports, Garden Club, Art, Cooking & Fairy-tale workshops.

The Happy Dance, LLC, dba The Scribble Garden, programs are integrated into our Enrichment Programs and events. Camps, Cooking Classes, Sewing Classes, Mother's Day Tea, Dads & donuts, Holiday Events & Graduations.
